Title Manufacturing Engineer
Description Lead the implementation,
support, and provide continuous improvement of lean and agile manufacturing
systems.
Leads the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes for
an assigned area.
Utilize Control Plans (CP), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and Potential Failure
Modes Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for the manufacturing process.
Design, validate and implement new equipment and tools.

Analyst
Description
-Provide full service product line support and
analysis to assigned Product Line
-Complete variance analyses between Actual Product Line Results and Budget
-Prepare cost estimates and update financial metrics for product development
program gate reviews
-Support development of Budget & Business Plan
-Prepare capital projects and the analysis required to support the
appropriations request approval process
-Support annual capital project audits as required
-Participate in and support the implementation of common business practices,
including internal controls and maintenance of the project lifecycle record
retention process

Title Finance Analyst
Description
*Participate on business and product teams to
provide
Financial leadership, guidance and support to identify opportunities and drive
actions to meet/exceed business plan objectives.
*Develop and monitor product program financials from the initial customer
request to completion including target cost development, business case
analysis, appropriation request development and periodic financial updates
*Develop and present capital appropriation requests to obtain funding for new
business opportunities.

Title Business Services Mgr. Commercial
Description
Primary responsibilities for this position
include:
Gather input on business objectives, and translate them into IT requirements
for Strategic and Annual Plans and to refresh these on a periodic basis.
Performance metrics (e.g., operational, financial)
Global footprint plan (e.g., acquisitions, divestitures, facility moves, new
facilities)
Global business processes and operating model
Site specific needs/plans
Support the process for IT initiative identification, prioritization, and
approval
Work with client functional and client site leaders to develop requirements
and business cases for IT initiatives and system enhancements
Document business requirements for IT solutions in any service area that are
useable/actionable by solution design and delivery organizations
Ensure new initiatives are correctly categorized and prioritized in GPL and
other tools (e.g., Mandatory, Critical Vulnerability, Discretionary)
Work with clients to develop business cases for IT initiatives and ensure
client commitment to a benefits achievement plan
Develop and maintain the IT solution roadmap for business functions and/or
sites (as assigned by the IT Division Manager)
Represent the client on project and program reviews if required
Own the relationship between IT and client sites on behalf of and with the
Divisional IT Manager
Schedule regular meetings with key clients/sites with stated objectives and
outcomes
Deliver key enterprise IT messages (e.g., use and value of common systems,
re-use of existing technologies)
Manage client approvals, acceptance, and sign-offs for IT initiatives at
local level
Manage the day-to-day IT issues for business functions and sites (e.g., be
the first point of escalation)
Support the successful completion of the IT Transformation activities in North
America
Support the sourcing activities as required
Support the development and execution of new processes and procedures
Support the development of financial forecasts and budget plans as required

Work with the Applications and Infrastructure groups to ensure successful

The successful candidate for this position will
have the following qualifications:
5 or more years experience managing and/or coordinating IT services,
projects and/or operations.
10 or more years overall work experience.
Good understanding of the Business / PBU / Divisional organizations goals
and objectives.
A working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to the
client and locations.
Working knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following business
processes: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or
Purchasing.
Working knowledge and/or experience with the Systems Development Lifecycle.
Global IT project implementation experience is preferred
Working knowledge if IT infrastructure services
Proven experience in planning, organizing, and working with client groups in
a region or Division.
Broad experience in planning and prioritization, financial, audit, service
delivery [infrastructure and/or applications] would be useful.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate on priorities
